United Church of Christ is known in the Midcoast region of Maine for its commitment to mission…locally, within the Maine Conference and the United Church of Christ, and around the globe. Our mission as a congregation is to worship God, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and to celebrate the sacraments; to provide Christian education for adults and children; to realize Christian fellowship and unity within this church and the church universal; to render loving service toward humankind; and to strive for righteousness, justice and peace.
